Approach

Four steps. Each one deliberate.

Every engagement moves through the same considered sequence.

01

Consider

Every project begins with understanding what the writing needs to do. That means reviewing what the client shares — by email or over a call — identifying the audience, and getting clear on purpose before anything is written. The clearer the starting point, the stronger the work that follows.

02

Craft

Writing begins once the purpose is clear. Each piece is developed with care for structure, voice, and the conventions that serve the work — whether that means following an established format or finding the right one from scratch.

03

Refine

Before anything is delivered, the work is reviewed for clarity, tone, and consistency. One round of revisions is included if needed or requested — ensuring the final version reflects the client's needs precisely.

04

Complete

When the work is ready, it is delivered cleanly and on time. Every engagement closes with writing that has been considered at every stage — and is ready to do what it was made to do.

The work is finished when the words are right. If that sounds like the kind of work you need, the next step is a conversation.
